Wayfair has a dynamic, cross-functional B2C Sales organization enabling sales across our complex, design-heavy, or technically sophisticated products from our ever-expanding assortment. This role is an exciting opportunity to help drive internal communications across our growing B2C Sales organization. The Communications Specialist will play a key role in helping create compelling content to keep our team members informed and engaged about strategic initiatives, team news, and more. The role will report to the Communications Specialist on the Sales & Service Communications team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support with the execution of employee communication efforts
  • Craft clever and compelling content to be shared through a variety of channels, including email, video, presentations, newsletters, social media, events and more
  • Champion communication best practices, helping create toolkits and resources to be used across the Sales & Service organization
  • Oversee knowledge management strategy
  • Provide communications support for employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Develop and track success measures and KPIs

What You’ll Need:

  • Communications professional with 3+ years relevant experience required (employee communications, integrated marketing, brand management, public relations, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build partnerships
  • Critical thinking with flexibility, openness to change and new information
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel 5-10% annually
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing Communications
