The Wayfair Campus Recruiting team is strategic to the company's overall success and continued growth. Our recruiters are true business partners and charged with finding, attracting, and hiring top talent into all parts of the company against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture add. Our team is dedicated to supporting the company’s rapid growth and ambitious goals by acquiring a strong pipeline of students for Intern, Working Students and Full Time opportunities. An ideal applicant possesses an exceptional communication style coupled with an operational mindset that makes them dangerous in the high volume recruiting arena. What You'll Do

  • Conducting phone screens with candidates for potential working students and internship positions
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and driving large scale off-campus/on-site recruiting events, including Assessment Days, on-site interviews, information sessions
  • Coordinating interviews and travel arrangements for candidates
  • Reviewing and updating advertisements and position descriptions
  • Document and spreadsheet management and administration
  • Working cross functionally with different business units

What You'll Need

  • A real passion and desire to build your career in Talent Acquisition or a related field
  • First class written and verbal English and German communication skills (C1 minimum)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in Outlook and MS Office Suite
  • Relevant work experience in administration, event management and or account management
