Job Description

The Order Processing Analyst will work cooperatively within the Order Management Ops team with responsibilities such as ensuring orders are processing without errors, handling ticket requests from other internal teams and addressing order holds in a timely manner to reduce delays in customer fill rate. The ideal candidate has experience in retail or e-commerce environment, is a quick learner, can work efficiently, and is detail-oriented. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Work cross-functionally with other internal teams diagnosing order issues to ensure timely processing.
  • Handle payment processing for multiple payment orders.
  • Detailed communication with internal teams and organization to ensure clarity in addressing and resolving order issues.
  • Quick resolution to ticketed inquiries around pre-process issues, payment processing and return label generation.
  • Analysis of large scale and one off problems with proper investigation for determining how to or who should fix said complications.
