Warehouse Administrative Supervisor
This role will be responsible for overseeing the Dock Clerks who are responsible for checking in and out trucks, managing the flow of trucks into and out of the building, auditing the yard, updating time-critical documents, running reports, and communicating with various teams.
Hire & Train admin staff, including guidance and coaching
Directly supervise staff working on 3 different shifts, including assigning duties and prioritizing workloads
Perform admin tasks as need, including but not limited to coordination, data entry, calendar management
Oversee the department and identify areas for improvement, resolving issues and implementing new procedures
3+ years experience managing a team of 5 or more
Previous warehouse and/or distribution admin experience
Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Knowledge of WMS
Flexibility to work as needed, based on business needs
